"I have small ears that get sore easily. The eartips at xs are okay, but the outer loop part is almost a bit large for my ears and since I'm a side sleeper it's making my ears sore. I wish they came in a smaller or kids size, especially because they really do help block out noise and I so sleep much better with them in until my ears hurt too much so I have to take them out."

"Really good product. Ear plugs don’t normally work for me because I have very small ear canals but the XS size tips fit very well. Almost too well, it sometimes feels like to get a proper fit it has to go uncomfortably deep, like when you put a q-tip too far into your ear and hurt yourself? This tends to dull after a while and with some adjustment it doesn’t hurt to lie on my side."
"Took a while to work out which size ear piece I needed but now find them very comfortable. I'm able to sleep on my side comfortably and don't wake up with sore ears, like I have with other earplugs. Sound blockage is good but not complete (as stated by Loop). I love that they're not disposable."

"I really like these earplugs but unfortunately the 2mm size difference between small and extra small means they don't fit my right ear, even though the left side is perfect. So as long as I sleep with my right ear on the pillow I can't hear my husband's snoring 🤣"
"I have slept with my Dreams in every night since I got them. At the beginning i had some issues with adjusting the ear tip size, so that the fit would be most comfortable as well as most attenuating. I settled on a different ear tip size in each ear (as well as, different ear tip type, at times). Do they block out all noise? No, nor would any non-electronic earplug ever be able to. What they do offer is a general muffle that - to me - is akin to that state right before falling asleep, when you can technically hear everything, but not quite. Some things of note: 1. If you're a side sleeper, these may be a bit uncomfortable to you, especially if you have a unnique ear canal shape and/or differently sized canals in regards to each other. 2. These offer noise ATTENUATION not cancellation, so if you're looking for complete blockage of sound, this isn't it. 3. The case is a bit flimsy (which may be remnant trouma from my switch 2 case failing - though that was resolved by Loop's amazing customer support team), so carrying them around for hotels and trips can be risky. Just make sure that you have a safe space for them, if that's your thing."
"Perfect for side sleepers and many options to find the perfect tip. Blocking 27 Db is a lot but not enough yet on worst days with extreme severe ME. I would have loved an inlay in the case so they won't fall out of the case so easily. Loop Switch 2 cases are better althoug an extra lid on the top side of the case to store the Loop Link cord and 2 spare tips would be the ultimate experience."
"I live on a busy street in a very touristy area. In summer, the traffic noise goes on all night long. I wear the Loop Dream every night, and my sleep quality has improved a lot. Regular traffic completely disappears, and even loud motorcycles are much more bearable. With the window open, the earplugs don't block everything, but they still make a huge difference."
