Store Credit Policy

At Loop, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If forany reason you are not completely happy with your purchase from our webstore (www.loopearplugs.com), we offer the possibility to opt for a store credits, as outlined in our Returns and Exchanges policy.

1. Conditions for Return:

- Return period: Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery for a store credit.
- Choose the store credit option during the return process. For more information on the return process, please click here.
- Initial order shipping costs are refundable for orders in the European Union. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost from your store credits. Initial order shipping costs are non refundable for orders outside the European union.
- You can use your store credit exclusively on the same online webstore where the original purchase was made. The store credit can be used for the purchase of all products available on our website.
- Returns will not be accepted if the products were made especially for you, based on your specific choices or instructions, or if they were clearly customised to your personal needs. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and ear tips.

2. Store credit details

- Issuance: store credit will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Expiry: Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance
- Non-transferable: Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original recipient.
- Store credits are non-refundable. Store credits cannot be returned or cancelled after issuance, nor be exchanged for cash. Should the purchaser return a product (partially) purchased with store credits, the refund will be (partially) credited to a new store credit, for a maximum of the amount originally charged for the product. If multiple products have been purchased using multiple payment methods, any refund with regard to a returned product will first be credited to a new store credit, then to the credit/debit card or PayPal account (up to the original amount charged thereto), and the remainder in cash.

3. Lost or stolen certificates

In the event of loss or theft of store credits, it is important to note that Loop will not provide replacements for lost or stolen store credits. While we strive to ensure the security of our store credits, once they have been issued, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellations

Loop reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review orders made with store credit in case of suspected fraud, and store credits mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, store credits obtained through unlawful means, or for other violations of our Store Credit Policy. Should Loop have reasonable grounds to believe that a store credit has been obtained through fraudulent means or is being used in violation of the terms outlined, we retain the authority to invalidate store credits without prior notice. This measure is essential protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activities. We take such actions seriously to ensure a fair and secure environment for all users of Loop store credits.

5. Miscellaneous

Loop may amend these terms and conditions from time to time if necessary to comply with applicable laws, to adapt these terms and conditions to Loop's sales models and/or for technical reasons. Your store credits will be subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase, unless the applicable law dictates otherwise. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of our store credits shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Store Credit Policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium. By choosing for store credits, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
