5 tips for a better night's rest

1. Turn down the monitor

Newborns are active sleepers. Which means that they’re going to make noise (like little groans and whimpers) in their sleep. So prise the monitor out of your hand and turn it down to an acceptable level.

2. Keep your lifestyle healthy

Seems obvious, but eating well, keeping active, and drinking lots of water can have significant effects on your sleep. 

3. Take a nap
