Step 1 : Culture Interview
In the culture interview phase, we explore your skills, interests and unique personality to ensure you can thrive within Loop's vibrant culture. We also want to know your passions, values and aspirations to support you in being your most authentic self. And we’re not just talking hobbies – we want to know what makes your heart beat faster and adrenaline pump through your veins.
Feel free to ask us questions too! As a potential Looper, we want you to have everything you need to succeed.
Step 2: Online Assessment
The next step is the online assessment, where we delve deeper into your skills and personality. Candidates who excel at Loop typically perform well in this phase, so give it your best shot. The assessment consists of two parts:
Part one is a cognitive ability test. It covers logical thinking, verbal skills, spatial skills and all the standard stuff.
Part two is where we’ll assess whether your personality is a match for our company culture at Loop.

Step 3: Interview with the hiring manager
This interview is all about you and your expertise. We’ll dive deep into your technical skills, career journey, and remarkable accomplishments here. This is also your chance to gain valuable insights into the role, responsibilities, and exciting projects ahead, all while getting acquainted with your potential manager.
Step 4: Creating your Business Case
We're eager to explore real projects and exchange ideas with you. First, you'll receive a case to prepare in the comfort of your own space. Then, we'll come together for engaging discussions and stimulating Q&A sessions, where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and demonstrate how you thrive in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.
Decision Time
Decision time! After completing the exciting phases, it's time to assess if we're a perfect match. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with our Loopers for insights and first hand experience of our vibrant culture. And hey, feel free to visit our office!
